Sequencing means telling the order in which things happen. It is one of the first comprehension skills children learn, and it is the base for retelling a story.
Each passage uses order words such as first, next, then and last. On the question page, four events are listed out of order, and the child writes 1, 2, 3 and 4 beside them. A crayon beside a question means the child underlines the proof in the passage in that color.
