Thad's Bath
Thad and Dad went on a path. The sun was hot. "Look at that!" said Thad. He saw a bath. Two little chicks sat in the bath. The chicks had a bath! Thad and Dad stood back to look. They did not want to bug them. Then a moth went past. It sat on a thin stick. "Look at this moth!" said Thad. The chicks had fun in the bath. Then they flew up and went off. Thad and Dad went on, up the path to the north. "That was the best path yet!" said Thad. Dad held Thad's hand. "I think so, too," said Dad.
