Jake's Bad Hose
Jake woke up and went out of his home. He wanted to wash the wet mud off his red bike. He grabbed the long green hose and pulled it to a flat zone.
Jake turned the tap on. But the hose had a bad rip in it. It was a huge hole! Cold drops shot up. They hit Jake right on the nose.
"Is this a joke?" Jake yelled. He dropped the hose in the mud. His bike was still a mess, and he was very wet. He had no hope of fixing the bad hose.
Just then, his mom came out. She had a thick strip of black tape. "I can fix this," she said. She wrapped the tape right over the hole.
"There you go," she said with a smile. Jake picked up the hose again. The tape worked! Jake washed his bike until it was clean.
