Jane had a big plan. She felt a wish to help her mother. Jane saw their fern. It felt damp. She ran to get water. The big pot of water was under the sink. It was too much for her. Jane ran to find her sister.
"Kim, can you help me?" Jane said. "The water pot is super big. I can not get it."
Kim came over. She took the pot. Kim took it over to the fern. Jane's mother came in. "Thank you, Kim!" her mother said. Jane smiled. Her plan had been a good one.
