Jane's Rainy Day Beach Trip

Jane wanted to go to the beach. She put on her cape. But when she looked out, she saw rain. Lots of rain! She could not take the car to the fun beach. "Oh no," Jane said. "I could not go out to play." She felt sad for a short time. Then Jane had a plan. She would make a beach right here in the house! She got a big box of sand. Jane made a high wall and a grand sand home. She put her little boat in the sand. "This is a good beach," she whispered.
