Pip wanted to make a snow pile. He went to look for snow. All the snow was yellow! Pip did not want a yellow snow pile. "I want white snow," Pip said.
A black crow stood on a pole. Pip saw the crow. He thought, "I can follow the crow." The crow flew off. Pip ran to follow. The crow flew low, then it flew up. It went over a big hill. Below, there was a fresh patch of snow.
The crow stood still on a stick. Pip ran to the hill. Much white snow did grow there! Pip made a small pile. "This will be a good snow pile," Pip said. He was glad to have white snow.
