About this Spring Bingo
Spring bingo is a perfect rainy-day and indoor-recess game, and because it isn't tied to a holiday it works all season. The pictures (butterflies, kites, rain boots, sprouts) also make a nice vocabulary warm-up for a spring or plant unit. Pick a card size and number of players; the calling cards are included.

How to play
- Print one card per player, plus the calling cards on the last page.
- Cut apart the calling cards, fold them, and put them in a bowl or hat.
- Draw one card at a time and call it out (or hold it up for pre-readers).
- Players cover the matching square with a marker. The center FREE space counts for everyone.
- The first player with five in a row across, down, or diagonally shouts BINGO! For a longer game, play blackout: cover the whole card.
