Six subject rows across five day columns. Each cell is sized to write a lesson title, a curriculum reference (e.g., "Beast Academy Ch 4 Lesson 6"), and a quick note about how it went. The bottom row spans all five days for end-of-week reflections.
This is the more detailed cousin of the weekly planner. The planner is portrait, the lesson plan template is landscape — more horizontal space per day, designed for actual lesson notes rather than a quick "we did math today" note.
Use the planner if you want a fridge-sized view of the week. Use this template if you want a sit-down planning document.
The full kit is designed to work together. Most homeschool families pair 2-3 of these.
