What's included

A single page with a 28-row table. Each row has a Week number (1 through 28, covering a generous 9-month school year), a Topic / Lesson column, a Resource column for the book or program you used, and a Completed checkbox.

Print one per subject (math, reading, science, etc.) for a clean by-subject view of the year, or one combined sheet for a single child.

How to use it

You can fill the tracker in advance — mapping out a curriculum spine for the year — or fill it in retrospectively as the weeks unfold. Both are valid. The retrospective approach is honest and works well for homeschool families who follow the child's pace rather than a publisher's schedule.

Save the completed sheets for portfolio review or as evidence of progress for state reporting (for states that require it).

Aligned to standards

The tracker pairs naturally with curriculum aligned to Common Core State Standards (math), the Science of Reading framework (phonics & reading), and NCTM guidance for math sequencing. We don't prescribe a curriculum — pair it with whatever you use.

Other planner tools

The full kit is designed to work together. Most homeschool families pair 2-3 of these.
