Pip the pup sat on his rug. He did not want to sit. Pip wanted to run and play in the sun. But a big bug was on his rug. The bug sat on the rug. Pip could not run off the rug.

Pip looked at the bug. He made a hum. He did not want to hurt the bug. Pip gave the rug a tug. The bug did a little hop. Pip gave the rug a big tug. The bug fell off.

“Go, Pip, go!” said Pam. Pip ran and ran. He ran out in the sun. He had fun. Pip the pup ran up a hill. He ran down the hill. He saw a bun. Pip ate the bun. He did not let a little bug stop his fun.
