The village needed a very good infrastructure, with a wide road and a long train track. She had a bright plan on a huge paper diagram. She wanted her village to be the best one there.\n\nHer instructor, Dave, came to see her at her desk. \"You have a grand plan,\" Dave said with a smile. \"I will instruct you on how to start.\" Dave gave her an important instruction for the job. He told her to start with the dirt base and the roads before she built the rest of the town. \"A good base is key,\" he said.\n\nKim began to build the dirt base first.",
